The whole team was just so friendly and warm, no stuffy or formal feeling at all.My dentist made me feel completely safe in their hands – they explained everything clearly, listened to what I had to say, and never made me feel rushed. Even when they were working on my teeth, I just felt relaxed knowing I was being looked after properly.The place is spotless, and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I left with my teeth feeling great, and I’m already looking forward to my next check-up. I’d absolutely recommend this practice to anyone – they make going to the dentist feel like a proper pleasure.Tweak it more if you want – add a specific moment that made you smile, for example. The dentist (Sagi) did an excellent job with the tricky root canal. I had a minor panic attack at the start and the dental nurse (Carrie Wheeler) did an amazing job calming me down so that I could continue and reassuring me during the procedure

Reception were efficient ,friendly and helpful. Hitesh Makwana is a highly ,conscientious dentist who explains thoroughly and puts his patients at ease.

I find all the staff really helpful especially Michelle on reception.. also Nicola is a fantastic dentist I would recommend her to anyone!! In fact since my visit I’ve brought two more of my family!! Keep up the good work!

I travel a long way for appointments at this practice because I have a lot of confidence in Jon. He is extremely thorough and I don't mind waiting past my appointment time for a thorough examination. He knows I am scared and helps with this. The whole practice is always super clean and the staff friendly. One lady on reception always surprises me by remembering my name and asking about my children.
