The practice is a clean and has a calm and relaxed environment. The reception staff are attentive and helpful. The dentist and dental nurse are attentive and very good listeners. They create a calm environment in the treatment room explain the procedure that will take place in terms the patient can understand. Before any dental work begins the dentist asks the patient if they have any questions and to raise a hand if the patient experiences any discomfort or problem during the procedure. This is reassuring and ensures that the patient remains calm and comfortable.

From start to finish , both the initial assessment and procedure were fully explained in detail, with care, and i found the assessment very informative with regard to self care and hygeine routine. The fees were explained upfront before the treatment was agreed.

Compared to dentist's I have been to in the past , Cleveland Terrace Dental Practice are amazing. I walked in to Cleveland practice absolutely terrified , due to a very bad experience at a dentist practice years ago. I now am so much better as I feel comfortable and not so scared as I used to be .
